February Shiatsu Special

Treat your mind, body, and soul to a traditional Japanese 50-minute Shiatsu bodywork by our LMT, Asami Suzuki. Treatment is done on a mat on the floor, without oil, as pressure and stretching are applied to balance energy flow, strengthen the vital organs, and relieve muscle tension. Shiatsu incorporates more of a steady intensity versus a table massage as thumbs, palms, elbows, knees and feet are used to work along the body's meridians.
