Schedule Healing Treatments and Packages
While we will do our best to accommodate our clients’ schedules, we highly recommend that healing center sessions are reserved 10 days in advance. For your convenience, you may schedule your healing treatment on-line, or by calling us directly at 585.229.5557 or 1.800.538.7099.
Treatment Etiquette and Advisements
Time of Arrival: Please be on time for your appointment. The time of your appointment is your time ‘on the table,’ therefore please plan to be ready 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time. If you arrive past your scheduled time, you may receive partial services or be asked to reschedule your treatment.
Cancelation Notice: 24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. Cancellations without 24 hour notice will result in the full charge for your session, as that time has been set aside specifically for you.
Alcohol Consumption: One of the benefits of a healing treatment is the release of stored toxins from the body. Drinking room temperature water aids this process, but alcoholic beverages are known to inhibit this cleansing effect. For this reason, we advise our clients to refrain from the use of alcohol prior to their treatment.
Rights and Responsibilities: As a valued client of our Little Lakes Healing Center, you have the right and responsibility to fully communicate any health issues (including concerns, special needs, and/or expectations you may have about receiving your services) directly to the therapist before or during your treatment session. It is our primary concern that each client feels comfortable and that treatment expectations are fulfilled, but please be aware that our therapists reserve the right to terminate a session at any time if, according to the therapist’s judgment, a client is behaving inappropriately in any way.
Tipping Policy: Gratuities are very much appreciated, and are not included within the treatment prices listed on our Healing Services Menu. For those wondering, the customary tip for healing services is 15–20% of the treatment cost.
