Sound nutrition is the foundation of our culinary philosophy. Our kitchen team specializes in using natural and organic, locally grown foods and is supported by a highly-trained nutritional staff. We believe in the pure joy of eating good food as well as the health benefits and use vegetarian, whole grain, and yolk-free ingredients. Our kitchen team can accommodate nearly any dietary restriction, including gluten-free, lactose-free, and vegan. We infuse all our culinary creations with love and healing energies.

On each morning of your stay, a gourmet breakfast is served in our Stony Brook Dining Room. Our breakfast selections are lovingly prepared using organic, seasonal, and locally grown ingredients. The sweet aroma of Margot’s handmade kitchen creations awaits you upon your arrival! We always have an assortment of fresh made cookies, muffins, breads, and/or other baked goodies to satisfy your snacking needs at any time. If you see them out, help yourself! Our butler’s pantry also supplies organic hand-crafted tea that can be brewed at any hour. Midnight cravings are also satisfied at our coffee cart, located on the second floor, with a variety of chips, pretzels, biscotti, tea, coffee, and cocoa. All sweets-n-snacks are complementary to our guests.
